30-hour OSHA Certification.

Ability to read, comprehend and interpret construction project schedules, drawings, specs, and contracts.

Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects.
Collaborate with Project Managers to establish in-field workflow, quality controls, trade management and best practices to ensure delivery of projects on time and on budget.
Continuously assess the job site to ensure quality, safety and the status of every construction element.
Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and streamline processes.
Maintain effective communication with company leadership, clients, subcontractors and project teams.
Ensure adherence to all OSHA and Milestone safety procedures on all jobsites.
Communicate and instill a culture of safety with all field staff and subcontractors by conducting weekly tailgate safety meetings.
